RemotelyX is a platform connecting Lebanese professionals with US and
European agencies for remote work. While the website provides a
public-facing presence, the company lacked a centralized admin dashboard
to manage the platform’s operations effectively.
The goal was to design a scalable, intuitive, and data-rich admin
dashboard for RemotelyX’s internal team to oversee job postings,
candidate pipelines, recruiter activities, and platform analytics.
Tested with 3 internal team members with Similar Positions:
Operations team found the overview metrics very helpful.
Talent managers appreciated filters in candidate management.
Executives requested a download/export option for analytics
Navigation: Left sidebar with
grouped sections (Overview,
Jobs, Candidates, Recruiters,
Analytics, Settings).
Data Visualization: Simple
charts and tables for KPIs (jobs
filled, candidate pipeline,
recruiter activity).
Color Palette: Neutral base with
blue/teal accents for clarity and
brand alignment.
